جس شخص کی داڑھی لمبی ہو

ایک دفعہ ایک شخص رات کو کتاب پڑھ رہا تھا۔اس نے پڑھا کہ جس شخص کی داڑھی لمبی ہو اور سر چھوٹا ہو وہ شخص بے و قوف ہوتاہے۔اتفاق سے اس شخص کی داڑھی لمبی اور سر چھوٹا تھا۔اس نے داڑھی کتر نے کے لئے قینچی تلاش کی لیکن وہ نہ مل سکی۔آخر اس نے داڑھی کو مٹھی میں پکڑ لیا اور چراغ کے شعلے پر رکھ دیا ۔اس کی ساری داڑھی جل گئی اور ثابت ہوا کہ کتاب میں جو کچھ لکھا تھا وہ درست تھا۔

حضرت عمر {رضی اللہ عنہ}

ایک رات حضرت عمر {رضی اللہ عنہ}اپنے غلام کی معیت میں مدینہ سے باہر دور چلے گئے ۔انہوں نے ایک جگہ دیکھا کہ اور چنبد بجے پاس بیٹھے رو رہے ہیں۔انہوں نےقریب جا کر بڑھیا سے پوچھا کہ بچے کیوں رو رہے ہیں ۔ بڑھیا نے جواب دیا ہمارےپاس کھانے کو کچھ نہیں اور یہ بچے بھوکے ہیں۔میں نے ان کو بہلانے کیلئے ہنڈیا میں پانی ڈال کر چولھے پر رکھ دیا ہے۔تھوڑی دیر میں بچے رو دھو کر سو جائیں گے ۔یہ سن کر حضرت عمر  {رضی اللہ عنہ}  کانپ اٹھے اور اپنے غلام کو ساتھ لیکر مدینہ واپس آئے انہوں نے جئو مکئی اور کھجوروں کی بوری بھر کر اپنی پیٹھ پر اٹھائی اور بڑھیا کے گھر چھوڑ آئے۔ایک بڑھیا ایک خیمہ میں کچھ پکا رہی ہے۔
